Our pricing reflects our advisors’ senior experience level and expertise, unique skillsets and expected
leadership contribution, and is based on the nature and scope of the specific transactional roles and
services requested by each client. Our fees are commensurate with those of senior executives and
transactional advisors of comparable experience level, expertise and skills nationally in the areas and
industries in which we offer our services.
We tailor our pricing structure to achieve the outcome and
objectives sought by our clients, including through a flexible combination of engagement rates on an
hourly, daily, weekly or monthly basis, success fees and/or equity-based compensation, depending on each client’s preferences and the nature of the transactions in which we are involved.
